The Beef Initiative Conference takes place April 23, 2022 at the Pavilion of the Museum of Western Art. The Saturday conference will include an educational seminar from 9:00AM to 4:00PM and a grass-fed beef dinner that evening 6:30PM-8:30PM. The beef will be provided by K&C Cattle of Austin.

Conference tickets are $199.00 for adults and $59 for students; Beef Dinner-only tickets are $35.00. 10% discount if paying with Bitcoin.
